I never claimed to be a baker until I was one! I started off with Quick Eats by Nikki® making hot foods, and added my cheesecake as a dessert option. I started getting more requests for my cheesecakes. With all the oou's and ahh's from customers I decided to invest more in to making my cheesecakes, which by the way are not made from a generic cheesecake recipe--this here is a 20 yr old family recipe that delivers rich, creamy, velvety smoothness --there's none of that tartness from sour cream.
